			<title><![CDATA[ Jam Thumbprint Cookies ]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[ 1/2 cup butter; softened<br>
1 1/2 cups flour<br>
1/2 cup sugar<br>
2 eggs, yolk and whites separated<br>
1 tsp vanilla<br>
1 cup walnuts, finely chopped<br>

In large bowl, beat butter with electric mixer on medium to high speed for 30 seconds.  Add about 1/2 flour to butter; add sugar, egg yolks, and vanilla.  Beat or stir remaining flour in.  Cover and chill about 1 hour.  <br>
